Michal Oshman, a TikTok executive from Israel who now lives in London, just wrote a book which shows the ways in which Judaism allowed her to find her true purpose. As TikTok Europe’s head of company culture, diversity and inclusion, she brings expertise from team development at Facebook and three degrees to the role. Using Hasidic principles, she charts her own Jewish growth and how the learning of and embracing of these teachings helped her to overcome her own fears to become as successful as she has. In the course of dealing with her own anxiety, she began reading Viktor Frankl, which led her to discover more about Jewish thought.
