Hollywood, Florida is starting to turn into a Las Vegas Strip of the Southeast. The Wyndham Dolce Kosher House Hotel is breaking ground this week, right across the street from the already-established Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. BSD Capital is the Boca Raton-based real estate firm behind the hotel, which will boast 100 guest rooms, a kosher restaurant by their rooftop pool and other amenities for the kosher traveler, including Shabbos elevators and non-electronic keys. Construction is expected to last until late 2022, with the design supervised by Kaller Architecture. Covid-safe amenities will also be included in the design, including a touchless food delivery system. An additional 200-room Wyndham hotel with 65 condo units is also being planned by BSD for the area. Read more here.
