Although Rabbi Levi Duchman has lived in Dubai for more than half a decade, he has never had as much on his plate as he does now. During Chanukah, an unprecedented number of Israelis came to visit, asking for help with everything from minyanim to food to whether the local Starbucks uses camel milk in its coffee machines.
